I noticed that most of my best images from today's training were of the females sparring with the men and in most cases they're caught laying it on to the men! Instructor Steve Pellow is a great believer in having the women spar with the men... it toughens them up for when they compete with those tough Eastern Europeans and South Americans at the World Champs.
